What this is
A concept ops dashboard, not running software — a desktop tool for department officers, not a phone app. Sample data is consistent across every screen.
Design language
Blue, white and glass on deep navy — "NASA mission control meets Google Maps." Monospace data readouts, live pulse markers, layered GIS map.
